Developed by Woodfield Development, with Housing Studio as the architecture firm, the project will include a mid-rise and a high-rise component. But it won’t just be an apartment complex the mixed use project will also include offices, a market, a coffee shop, and restaurant space.

The apartments will be a mix of one, two, and three bedroom units + penthouse units, ranging from 546 to 1,634 sqft.

Here’s what else we can expect from Morrison Yard:

    • An elevated 2,000 sqft pool + deck
    • Club rooms, fitness, yoga studio, bicycle storage, package storage, dry cleaning room, pool lounge, and game room
    • Bocce ball court yard with covered grill stations + picnic areas
    • Event lawn with event stage, a fire pit, courtyard seating areas, harbor view deck
    • Walk-out balconies + keyless entry hardware
    • Two level covered parking garage with 476 parking spaces
    • Grade level courtyard with seating areas + fountain
    • Connection to bridge walkway
