$100+ million. The cost of the Uptown North Charleston development, a large mixed-use project near the Tanger Outlets. Earlier this summer we told you all about the TopGolf headed that way. Well, there’s more.

Here’s what’s planned for the development:

🏨 175-room hotel, a 100-room hotel, and 300-unit apartment building

🚙 3-level parking deck — including 483 spaces next to Topgolf

🏢 5-story office building

☕ 2,400-sqft coffee emporium and 3 restaurants

🛍️4 retail spots

The city of North Charleston is also considering an additional parking garage on International Boulevard with 500+ spaces. Tap this button below to learn the name of the new streets that will be added in the area + the creation of the entertainment district.
