It’s a brand new month, Charleston. Did you know that August is National Wellness Month? We’ve rounded up a few wellness activities in Charleston to practice healthy habits this month — and all year long.

Indulge in some self-care by visiting Wildcraft at 38 Windermere Blvd. This shop focuses on practices that support a healthy mind, body, and spirit. It is filled with highly curated organic, cruelty-free holistic skincare, makeup, fragrance, sustainable home goods, and more.

Get your creative juices flowing and try a class at Redux Contemporary Art Center. Located at 1056 King St., this art center offers various courses and workshops, including writing, sound bath, and painting classes.
