We’ve all heard about (or fallen victim to) the pickleball craze — us included. But there’s a new sport in town, and LTP Daniel Island is leading the charge.

Meet padel: a lively mix of tennis and squash that’s as fun as it is addictive. Earlier this month, LTP Daniel Island officially launched the Lowcountry’s first padel membership, giving players exclusive perks and access to the new courts.

Founding memberships start at $55/month (with a one-year commitment) with a $249 initiation fee. Pro tip: This fee is waived for the first 20 members.

Member benefits include:

  • 7-day advanced booking
  • Court fees of $20/hour peak and $15/hour non-peak
  • Free paddles
  • Two guest passes each month
  • And a 15% discount at the pro shop

With one court open and two more coming this January, now’s the time to grab your friends (and your paddles) and hit the court.
