Ready to carve some fresh tracks out west this ski season? This fall, two airlines are serving direct flights from the Lowcountry to the Colorado high country: United Airlines offers daily nonstop flights to Denver International Airport (DEN) from CHS, and Southwest continues seasonal service direct to Denver through January 5, 2020.

Colorado is home to 15+ mountain ranges with 54 peaks measuring above 14,000 feet and 26 ski resorts, making the state a top ski destination. Many resorts have officially opened for the 2019-20 season – and most resorts have great spa + dining options on-site.

Here’s an interactive map showing the locations of CO’s ski resorts + mountains, including some these popular destinations:

Echo Mountain (60 miles from DEN)
Eldora Mountain (63 miles from DEN)
Copper Mountain (100 miles from DEN)
Aspen Snowmass (220 miles from DEN; home to Snowmass, Aspen Mountain, Aspen Highlands + Buttermilk Mountain)
Crested Butte Mountain (254 miles from DEN)

Bonus: Check out this handy list of travel times to ski resorts from DEN.
