Your Crawlspace — a patented crawlspace manufacturing + distribution company — is investing $3.6 million to expand operations in Charleston County.

The expansion includes buying and renovating a new facility for distributions and additional office space at 1056 Hunley Sullivans Rd. in Awendaw.

The family-owned company is headquartered in Charleston County and is the leading crawlspace encapsulation system in the US.

The investment will create 40 new jobs over the next 5 years. The new facility is expected to be completed by the fall.
