5 things we’re thankful for:

Think Spoleto Festival, Lowcountry Jazz Fest, CHS Pride, + MOJA Arts Festival– just to name a few. Plus all the annual delicious events that highlight Charleston’s flourishing food scene– like the Charleston Wine + Food Festival, Lowcountry Oyster Festival, Blessing of the Fleet & Seafood Festival, and more.

2. Our airport putting the ‘inter’ in ‘international’

When y’all ask for more routes, Charleston International Airport hears you... and they respond. Charlestonians wanted more direct flights out of the Lowcountry– and the airport recently announced their partnership with British Airways, offering nonstop flights to London starting this April. Charleston International is also set to reach a record-breaking number of passengers in 2018, with over 3.3 million flyers since January.

3. Those working to preserve Charleston’s charm
