Madison Maison is a new champagne and caviar bar opening on Calhoun Street

Madison Maison, the new concept from Kenner Group Hospitality, will serve bubbly and bites in a bold, late-night setting.

This image features a red wall adorned with vintage-style posters framed in gold and black. The posters depict advertisements for various products, such as "Schweppes Cider," "Délices Macaroni Vermicelle Ferrand & Renaud," "Anis del Tigre," and "Escargots Ménetrel." There are also two elegant wall-mounted lamps with red shades, casting a warm glow. The floor has a black-and-white checkered pattern, adding to the classic aesthetic.

We’re digging the decor.

Get ready to pop, fizz, and indulgeMadison Maison, a new champagne and caviar bar, is opening this weekend.

The new concept comes from Kenner Group Hospitality and is located on Calhoun Street, right below Ritual Rooftop Restaurant & Lounge.

Mark your calendars — the bar opens its doors on Friday, March 28 at 11 p.m., and on Saturday, March 29 at 8 p.m. Starting next week, Madison Maison will operate on its regular schedule: Wednesdays through Saturdays, from 5 p.m. to 2 a.m.

We’ve loved seeing creators preview the eclectic space — think: checkered floors, a pink bar, and a bold red ceiling — and we can’t wait to experience it ourselves.
