Could Charleston have the peninsula 2.0 on the rise? Nexton – Summerville’s biggest + most monumental development – is a 5,000 acre project that is as big as the peninsula plus some. The area will be home to hundreds of shops, restaurants + housing options in Nexton Square, as well as various events, entertainment + recreational spaces, schools, offices and hotels.
