Park + Grove, at 730 Rutledge Ave., is rolling out some changes. The seasonal eatery has named Chef Andrew Wilson its new Executive Chef and will debut a new menu after Restaurant Week beginning Monday, Jan. 22.

Chef Wilson brings more than two decades of experience and spent some of his career honing his skills in Charleston restaurants like FIG.

Karalee Fallert, CEO + founder of All Good Industries, which manages Park + Grove, says, “His commitment to excellence, creativity, and a deep connection to the local food scene make him a perfect fit for our restaurant.”

The revamped menu under Chef Wilson will still emphasize local ingredients, and guests can see new winter dishes like miso-glazed South Carolina turnips with shoyu + mint, Cindy Tarvin’s grilled shrimp, sea island red peas, local pepper salad, lemon vinaigrette, and duck confit sandwich with apricot mostarda, goat cheese, arugula on schiacciata.
