Meeting Street has been filling up with new neighbors lately — from Ma’am Sabb to Atlyss Collective and as of May 25 we introduce you to Matador.

Matador is now open at 235 Meeting St. and they are bringing a Mexican inspired menu, rustic atmosphere, and variety of tequila to the party.

The bar will focus on serving up tequila and agave cocktails and are proud to offer one of the largest selections in the Carolinas for tequila lovers.

In terms of appetite, they have you covered with selections ranging from Grilled Stuffed Jalapeños, Ahi Tuna Tostadas, all the way to Matador Choco Tacos for dessert.

The space has an outdoor patio and reclaimed wood mezcal bar to fill with hungry guests. The restaurant is adult-friendly and invites guests over 21 to indulge in their bar and dining.
