On Thursday, Nov. 14, the flavors and spirits of the Queen City will descend on Charleston as the famous Savor Charlotte event comes to five Charleston restaurants for one night only.

Presented by Charlotte Regional Visitors Authority, the culinary experience welcomes Charlotte’s top chefs and mixologists, to collaborate with these Holy City restaurants to present curated dinner menus with creative cocktail pairings.

  1. Pick your chef-mixologist-restaurant collaboration from the list below.
  2. Make a reservation directly with the restaurant (pro tip: spots are limited, so advanced + early reservations are strongly recommended)
  3. Savor the culinary experience on November 14.

🤝 The Collaborations

The Grocery | 4 Cannon St. |The neighborhood gathering place will host Chef Kaley Laird of Mimosa Grill and Mixologist Brittany Kellum of Fin & Fino.

The Ordinary | 544 King St. | The Southern seafood hall and oyster bar will welcome aboard Chef Joe Kindred from Kindred and Mixologist Larry Suggs from Ramble Drinkery.

Edmund’s Oast | 1081 Morrison Dr. | Chef Greg Collier of 3rd & Fernwood and Mixologist Mena Killough of Vinyl bring their talents to the cozy, comfort food eatery.

Southbound | 72 Cannon St. | Chef Shai Fargian of YAFO Kitchen and Mixologist Nadira Martin of Lorem Ipsum will take over the historic two-story home turned restaurant.

Sorelle | 88 Broad St. | Chef Sam Hart from Counter- will take over the southern Italian eatery, alongside mixologist Colleen Hughes from Tonidandel-Brown Restaurant Group.
