The Town of Mount Pleasant is calling for community feedback on the Mathis Ferry Trail Project, a proposed walking and biking trail that’s part of the larger Mount Pleasant Way plan.

The trail would run approximately one mile along the north side of Mathis Ferry Road. Take a look at more renderings.

The town hopes to gain funding for the project through the Charleston County Greenbelt Program, which protects and enhances local greenspace.
