The healthcare system aims to care for more patients + better serve future generations. Construction on the medical office will begin within the next year and services are expected to be offered in 2025.

The project’s lead developer, Milton Thomas at Lee & Associates, says Sawmill will help address the local demand for transit connections, proximity to jobs, and access to nearby public services.
