While I love to flow through my sun salutations at Charleston Power Yoga, every once in a while I like to shake things up + try something new.

Looking for a different way to get down with your ‘omies? Here are five unique classes where you can connect with your inner peace.

🕉 Vin to Yin | Yoloha Yoga Factory | $18 | Can’t decide which class to take? This class incorporates a little of everything. From vinyasa flow, to breath, to deep stretches, Charleston’s newest studio will help you work through all muscle groups + provide a solution for indecisive yogis.

Yogis are lucky to have a wide variety of yoga studios in the Lowcountry. It would take me all day to list the ways you can move your Asana.

Whenever people ask me if I would consider living anywhere else, I just tell them, “Namaste in Charleston.”

Know of a new yoga studio or class I need to try? How about a yoga pun that’s overused? Leave a comment below + tell me what’s up, dog. Last one, I promise.
