Your full guide to High Water Fest

How is it possible to have high water during low tide? The second annual High Water Fest is returning to Charleston this weekend. Unfortunately, tickets to the festival have sold out, but if you were lucky enough to snag them early on, we have gathered the details to know before you go.

The festival at Riverfront Park is a “celebration of music, food + liberations,” created by the local music duo, Shovels & Rope. In addition to the 20+ artists performing throughout the weekend, you can experience the Low Tide Social kickoff party, Pass the Peas southern cuisine brunch, an oyster education class, The Refuge artisan shop, + lounge on the vintage furniture in The Porch.

The festival runs from 12-10 p.m. Saturday + Sunday. You can sign in on their website or download their app to plan out your entire weekend- so you don’t miss a beat. Admission gets you access to both stages– that have each show’s time staggered, so you can see them all, or pick + choose the ones that will make you groove.
