A collaborative Charleston Spotify playlist

Table of Contents

Hey Charleston, Katie here. When I picture a summer day in the Lowcountry, I think of driving down the Ravenel, windows rolled down + jamming to my favorite tunes. 🎶

If you know me, you know that music is one of my absolute favorite things, and you’ll notice that if you stumble upon my Spotify that is home to 60+ playlists. The newest addition to the mix is a Charleston-themed collaborative playlist that will give you a taste of what locals are listening to – whether they’re songs that bring back CHS memories or were created by CHS locals.

In this playlist you will be able to add your own go-to jams + see some of CHStoday’s personal favorites such as:

🎵 “Southern State of Mind” by Darius Rucker
🎵 “Float On” by Modest Mouse
🎵 “Dream Girl” by SUSTO
🎵 “Part One” by Band of Horses
🎵 “White” by Srae
🎵 “Carolina in My Mind” by James Taylor

Now it’s your turn. Simply create a free Spotify account (if you haven’t already), open the collaborative playlist, add the playlist to your library + add songs that make you think of Charleston – whether that be the city in general, a person/relationship here, songs by local artists, or just a great memory. *Note: Please try to keep your song choices non-explicit.

Once you’ve added your faves, enjoy this little piece of Charleston on road trips, laying on the beach, or during a bike ride through the city.
