Vegstock, Charleston Grill’s dinner series, returns from Aug. 21 through Aug. 25

During Vegstock, Charleston Grill’s nightly menu will be inspired by the Lowcountry’s summer harvest and the work of our local farmers.

Vegstock, a six-course tasting menu from some of the region’s best farmers and purveyors, returns next Wednesday, Aug. 21, and will run until Sunday, Aug. 25, at The Charleston Place’s Charleston Grill.

Menu highlights:

  • Roasted eggplant with a steak au Poivre twist
  • Cornmeal gnocchi paired with smoky corn cream + shaved summer squash
  • A stuffed onion served with earthly pickled romesco aioli

Tickets are $150 per person or $250 with wine pairings.
