Guests meeting and shaking hands with an author at the Charleston Literary Festival, Inc — Now in its seventh year, the Charleston Literary Festival will take place over 10 days at three local venues: Circular Congregation Church, the International African American Museum, and Dock Street Theatre.

World-class authors convene in downtown Charleston to discuss books and big ideas, Nov. 3-12 featuring in-person events centered around connection, like:

Safiya Sinclair, Jamaican-American Poet, on her breakout memoir How to Say Babylon on Wednesday Nov. 8
Pulitzer-prize-winning Irish poet, Paul Muldoon, talking about his collaboration with Paul McCartney on Friday, Nov. 10
Kick off the festival with a bang at the Opening Party, sponsored by TNT fireworks, featuring live jazz, festive food + drink, Saturday Nov. 4
