In case you missed it, a new senior living community called The Peninsula of Charleston is coming to historic downtown Charleston. Expected to be completed in 2026, this development would bring 148 residences to the corner of King and Columbus streets, across from The Post and Courier. Take a look at the rendering.

Now, you can get a sneak peek of the community at the recently opened sales gallery, located at 573 King St. You can also learn about the community’s ownership model and amenities (think: balconies + zero entry glass showers).

Interested in living here? The Peninsula of Charleston is now accepting refundable deposits of $10,000 to reserve a residence. Deposits also give you a chance to see floorplans and provide input on amenities. Submit a request to learn more.
