Ahhh, Super Bowl Sunday. The best day of the year for some, and the most heartbreaking for others. But no matter which team you’re rooting for, there’s one thing that everyone can agree to celebrate: the food. And if you’re too busy to host your own party or make your own dishes, there are plenty of local watch parties + catering options that will take away some of the stress.

But first, a few quick facts to impress your squad –

This year’s game will take place at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, FL. Kickoff for the San Francisco 49ers vs. Kansas City Chiefs is at 6:30 p.m. At halftime: Shakira + Jennifer Lopez.
This is the first Super Bowl for the Chiefs since 1970. It breaks the longest drought between Super Bowls for any team.
The San Francisco 49ers reached the Super Bowl after losing just four games last season. The only other team to accomplish this was the 1999 St. Louis Rams.

And, since it’s really all about the food, here’s what you need to know before you chow down –

Super Bowl Sunday is the second-largest food consumption day of the year, with Thanksgiving being the largest.
Last year, 325.5 million gallons of beer were consumed for Super Bowl LIII.
The National Chicken Council reported that Americans consumed more than 1.38 billion chicken wings for last year’s game. DYK: If you placed all those wings in a line, it would stretch from L.A.’s Memorial Coliseum to Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, MA.
